I got sent the wrong colour jacket at…
I got sent the wrong colour jacket at first and it’s taken a lot of emails to respond but now however they have resolved the problem in the best way possible. They have told me to keep the jacket plus they are sending me one of the colour I ordered.
As I’m a 69 year old pensioner this has made me very happy.

The order never arrived!
The order never arrived!
It was returned by customs to the UK, due to "lack of documentation" (for a pair of shoes??!!).
I kept waiting for 3 weeks, until it appeared "Delivered" on the tracking webpage!! Excuse me? Delivered to who?? It was returned!
And you send me an email asking if I'm happy with my order??

Poor customer service
I ordered the item on December 13 and I still didn't receive it or any update from the seller. I really disappointed that I purchased from this company. I emailed them more than 5 times but still not received any response from them. First and last time.
